It was cold tonight. I was so tired that I slept the entire time on my bus ride home. The thought of going to the gym was terribly unappealing and made me feel glum.
But I still went. I followed my plan.
And I’m glad I did, because another victory against a comfort zone trying to hold me back is another step closer to where I want to be.
It can be hard to follow the plan, but it’s well worth it.
