So it’s been a month since the new year started and I’m sure many of you decided to do something differently. If you’ve been able to keep it up and aren’t showing any signs of stopping, then well done. But if you’ve found that you are slowing down or have completely stopped, never fear, because the following questions will help:
The best resolution for the new year is to become someone who continuously improves.
Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep getting better. At anything and everything you choose.

If so, congratulations – you are ahead of many others. If not, that’s ok.
I would hesitate to say you have “failed” at this point. But if you don’t learn from what went wrong, then that would be a failure.
