Low Carb High Fat Diets Better Than Current Beliefs

Today I came across some interesting news which contained ideas which were contrary to what I had previously believed.

A Swedish committee has, after a two year study of 16,000 previous studies, declared that a low carb, high fat diet is actually more effective than our other ideas surrounding weight loss (e.g. low fat, high exercise, one calorie equals one calorie, more calories out than in).

I’m going to have to look more into this, especially considering I have recommended what apparently doesn’t work (well).
