The Best New Year’s Resolution You Could Have

The best resolution for the new year is to become someone who continuously improves.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep getting better. At anything and everything you choose.

While a new year is a nice way to make a new start, its significance is also human-made. In my opinion, every day, hour, minute, second and moment in time represent a chance to make a positive change. Imagine not having to wait for a new year to decide to make improvements to your own life.

In fact, it is this drive to continuously improve that is common to all of the experts in the world (see the research of Dr K. Anders Ericsson).

So why not develop some expertise in how to make your own life better?

Wishing you all the best for both the new year and every moment to come.
