The Path to Mastery
“I wish I could play violin like she does.”
“I wish I could play basketball like he does.”
“I wish I had the technical skills that he has.”
Everyone wants a quick fix, but mastery doesn’t come in the form of a pill. If you want to get there you’ll need:
- Enough time spent on task
- Continuous improvement
Get those two sorted and mastery becomes inevitable. It’s simple in theory, but harder in practice.
That doesn’t mean it’s not worth doing, though.
