Everyone is different.

Our bodies can look very different – large, small, straight, curved and everything in between. Different coloured eyes, hair and skin. Different foods stimulate different responses in different people.

Our emotional reactions can vary widely – some choose “flight” whereas others choose “fight”. Some are sensitive whereas others are more insensitive. Different people have different levels of emotional intelligence.

We think different things – where one sees an opportunity another sees a risk. Some see a higher power whereas others see chance. Over-thinking defines some whereas not thinking enough defines others.

And yet, in spite of all these differences, everyone is the same.
