Many of the things we do, day to day, are the same. We like to think we’re special and creative, but I think it’s important to see how robotic we are as well.
It was cold tonight. I was so tired that I slept the entire time on my bus ride home. The thought of going to the gym was terribly unappealing and made me feel glum.
But I still went. I followed my plan.
So it’s been a month since the new year started and I’m sure many of you decided to do something differently. If you’ve been able to keep it up and aren’t showing any signs of stopping, then well done. But if you’ve found that you are slowing down or have completely stopped, never fear, because the following questions will help:
