The flip side is that my routines have been shot to pieces and my health has taken one step backwards. I have thought many times over the last several weeks about what my next post on this blog would be and have felt guilty about not living up to my goal of one post per week.
That said, I believe I need to concentrate on getting my health and fitness back up to speed first. Without my health, I don’t really have much at all.
And in putting this out there, this has become a “normal” post of sorts – perhaps this is a good time for you to reflect upon your own health and ask the tough questions which only you can answer.
